We are Vancouver's orthopedic shoe modification centre, servicing the needs of foot care specialists and their clients, Canada wide.

The prescription form shown on the left provides a brief outline of some of the services we offer. It can be downloaded and printed.

First time NORTHOPEDIC clients need to bring our prescription form completed by a foot care professional. Once you are in our system, this is no longer needed, unless your needs have changed.

Footcare professionals: when forwarding your client’s shoes directly to us, please ensure a completed prescription form is included. We will be happy to send you a supply of our prescription pads, just send us a note from our ‘contact us’ page.
